Client Projects: For custom development projects, intellectual property ownership will be specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Mutex AI Solutions retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies used in project delivery.
4. User Obligations
When using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the confidentiality of any credentials provided
- Use our services only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt our services
- Not reverse engineer or decompile any software provided
- Not use our services to transmit harmful code or malware

6. Payment and Fees
Fees for our services will be specified in individual service agreements or proposals. Unless otherwise stated:
- Payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date
- Late payments may incur interest charges
- All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes
- Project scope changes may result in adjusted fees
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mutex AI Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, our services
- Any conduct or content of any third party on our services
- Any content obtained from our services
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Mutex AI Solutions makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of our services. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mutex AI Solutions and our officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services, or your violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Mutex AI Solutions operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
